Darryl B Cook - M.D.
 | Dr. Cook was born and raised in Pocatello. In 1975 he received his B.S. degree from Brigham Young University; Summa Cum Laude. In 1979 he received his M.D. degree from University of Utah; Honors Medicine Program. In 1982 he began his Internal Medicine Residency at Duke University Medical Center. In 1984 he began his Fellowship in Gastroenterology at Duke University Medical Center. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine as well as Gastroenterology. After his training he practiced for a number of years in Illinois before returning to Pocatello. He and his wife have five children and five grandchildren.

Thomas V Davis - D.O.
 | Dr. Davis was born and raised in Utah. In 1986 he received his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University in Chemistry. In 1990 he attended the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific received his D.O. degree and graduated second in a class of 102. In 1993 he began his Internal Medicine Residency at Oregon Health Sciences University, Portland, OR. In 1995 He began his Fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, Denver, CO. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine as well as Gastroenterology. After his training he practiced in Montana before moving to Idaho and joining Southeast Idaho Gastroenterology. He and his wife have four children.

Charles B. Evans - M.D.
 | Dr. Evans was born in Wisconsin and raised in Pennsylvania. In 1990 he graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in Cell Biology and European History. He completed his medical school in 1995 also at the Univeristy of Pennsylvania. In 1998, he completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Wisconsin. From 1998 to 2001 he practiced General Internal Medicine in Holland Michigan. In the spring of 2004, he completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit Michigan. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Board Eligible in Gastroenterology. |
